Bored at work?? Here's one girl that found a way to pass the time!!She works in a tattoo parlour and was so bored her & her work mates came up with a few possible tattoos to give her and this was the end result!! Moral of the story....get a job where you're extremely busy all the time!!! :)

Aresenal players will this weekend be giving their wages to cancer research for children. On Sunday 21 December, Arsenal Football Club is to dedicate its Premier League match against Liverpool to its Charity of the Season, Teenage Cancer Trust.

Christams fun by the Catalonians!

Since the 18th century, Catalonians have celebrated Christmas by placing a ‘Caganer’ (’Shitter’) in a nativity scene, with the hope that a defecating figure will bring propserity and a good harvest. In the past this has been a bearded wise man, but these days it's more celebrity driven, like most things! This year's top sellers are Barcelona players Thierry Henry and Lionel Messi, and new American President Barrack Obama. Seiously, every home should have one of these!!

Kevin Costner to sing for NASCAR

If you like cars and you like Kevin Costner you're in for a real treat!
The actor and singer has signed a one-year contract with racing organization NASCAR, which will see him siging at many events throughout the year. This is their latest song, which is set to be released this week through the NASCAR website!

Michael Phelps "stars" in Entourage

Michael Phelps has become the latest sports star to make a cameo in a tv series or movie.
The 8 medal Beijing Olympic champ appeared in Entourage last night for a very, very brief scene.
He follows other sporting heroes like Karreem Abdul Jabaar, who played a pilot in Airplane, Brett Favre, who appeared in Something About Mary, Tom Brady the Patriots quarterback was in Stuck on You and Lance Armstrong, who made a hilarious cameo in Dodgeball.

haunted couch!!

A British couple, oddly named Christine and Nigel Strange, have claimed this week that their couch is haunted.
Christine claimed she first heard strange (heehee) noises when she sat down with a cup of tea, but says her dog also heard the noises!
Science has so far been unable to furnish an explanation to satisfy the Stranges but Christine’s husband Nigel has vowed not to sit on the sofa alone until the apparent haunting has been investigated.

16 year old girl to play pro baseball in Japan

A 16-year-old schoolgirl is set to become the first ever woman to play alongside men in pro baseball in Japan.
Eri Yoshida was drafted for a new independent league that will launch in April and will play for the Kobe 9 Cruise team.
A female professional baseball federation existed for a few years in the 1950s, but Yoshida will become Japan's first-ever woman to play alongside professional male players.

Christmas present for the boys!!

James Bond's Lotus Esprit, as driven by Roger Moore in The Spy Who Loved Me, is expected to fetch up to £120,000 when it goes up for auction in London next month.
The white '76 Esprit, which famously transformed into a submarine vehicle at the touch of a button, will be sold on December 1 at Bonhams auction house, as part of their annual automotive sell-off.
Bonhams also hope that the AU1 numberplate, which adorned Auric Goldfinger's Rolls Royce Phantom, will fetch more than £80,000 when it goes in the same sale.
A buyer last month paid £200,000 for the Aston Martin used in the Quantum of Solace movie....when a brand new one is only £134000.

Crazy rally driver!!

This rally driver wasn't going to let a small glitch get in the way of him winning the race at the Rallye de Serrians in France. His throttle cable snapped mid-race, but rather than give up he hops into the engine & operates it himself.....wow!

Stoke fan punches horse!

A Stoke fan has been banned from attending football matches for 3 years after punching a Police horse at a recent game.

Clearly not in his "right frame of mind", he was later arrested and forced to pay £300 in fines aswell as a £15 victim surcharge to the horse!! You can just see the horse clip clopping off, happy out with his £15 can't you!! :-)

Truckers get chance for revenge on Clarkson

Jeremy Clarkson became the latest BBC presenter to get himself in hot water recently after he had a go a truck drivers.
But now thanks to the genius that is the videogame world,truckers now have a chance to gain revenge on Clarkson! Cheerleader not so cheery today!

Here's a lesson not to put pictures from night's out up on your facebook...a New England Patriots cheerleader got the sack this week after this picture emerged on her facebook page. One of her friends had fallen asleep at a party, so as you do they decided to write stuff all over him, as happens at almost every party you go to! But things went a little too far when they put swastikas on his face and wrote some other nasty things. Bad idea then considering the owner of the Patriots is in the Anti-Defamation League and fired her! It seems her job would have been safe though had she stopped at the Swastikas and left everything else there...odd! :)

Beckham's to become superheroes!

Good news Beckham fans...it seems the celebrity couple are to become Superheroes!! Stan lee, the comic writer responsible for Spider-man, Fantastic Four and X-Men now wants to make David and Victoria his latest quest. Surely their superpowers would have to include spending oodles of money without a care in the world, looking rediculously fabulous all the time and endorsing any product they possibly can!! :)

Ronaldo not so perfect afterall!!

Good news sports fans...it seems Cristiano Ronaldo isn't so perfect afterall...as his amazing ability to sweat through a jacket displays! It seems his teammates were equally delighhted with the news, as after this picture appeared in a paper they filled the team locker room with the picture and also filled his locker with deodorants and aftershave!One would have thought Ronaldo would be pleased to receive some much-needed deodorant, but presumably he was angry because his team-mates made room for the spray in his locker by throwing away his hair products, tiny shorts and chest wax.

Ok so good news for Barrack Obama fans this morning in that he was voted the next President of America, but some people who might not be too happy about the news are the Arsenal fans!
A group has been set up on facebook looking for him to be the next Arsenal manager after their recent run of bad results...a need for change is what the fans stay!
Only 'one' problem lad's....he's a West Ham fan! :)

Speeding Muppet!!

Ah, the tricksters are out this Halloween...Police in Germany are chasing a prankster today, after a driver of an English reg car tried to evade them by putting a giant muppet in the left hand side of the car (i.e their "drivers side"). The Police over there can't prosecute the driver on plates alone, they also need a photo so this person cleverly let's the muppet take the blame....Police have said the character appears to be Animal from the Muppet Show, but are also looking at Grover and Ernie as possible "accomplices"!

You ask yourself who are the real muppets here?!! :)

What went wrong with Spurs....

So it seems Spurs problems started in July, rather than the last 8 games of the season! Notice anything about this picture? All the players are completely HAIRLESS! Perhaps if they spent less time waxing and more time scoring (on the pitch!) they wouldn't be sitting on the bottom of the table!

MLS goalie scores 81 yard goal in his first game!!

guy shoots water out his eyes!!

Wandering across cyber space this morning I found the strangest story....
A Chinese man, Ru Anting, can write calligraphy with water he shoots from his eyes!
He sucks up the water with his nose and then sprays it through his tear ducts. Ru discovred his unusual skill while swimming in the river as a child. As well as being able to write, he discovered he can shoot water accurately up to 10ft from his eyes at will!!

How the Bee Gee's can save your life!!

A study carried out by American doctors this week has found that the Bee Gees 1977 disco anthem "Stayin' Alive" provides an ideal beat to follow while performing chest compressions as part of CPR on a heart attack victim.

The American Heart Association calls for chest compressions to be given at a rate of 100 per minute in CPR.... "Stayin' Alive" almost perfectly matches that, with 103 beats per minute.

Many people are afraid to do CPR beacuse they don't know how quickly to do it & there is always the fear that you will do more harm than good....but the study was done for 5 weeks and afterwards it was found to work.

The findings will be presented this month at a meeting of the American College of Emergency Physicians in Chicago.

So next time you're at a match and God forbid someone collapses, ask the guy to put stayin alive on the PA and off you go!

Johnny's woes! :-(

Rugby fans will be disappointed to hear it looks as if Johnny is gone for the 6 Nations and next year's Lions Tour after it was confirmed he'll be out for 5 months with his dislocated knee. He's had 14 separate injuries since 2003 and you just have to wonder how much more he can put up with before he calls a halt to his career...it's very sad really for such a talented player.
