Open mouth, insert foot...

The Beeb issued an apology yesterday afternoon after they received 1,477 complaints about this comment, which was made by Clare Balding to Grand National winning jockey Liam Treadwell. My guess would be that it was an in-joke that was never meant to be said aloud...I wonder how funny it is now though!
